  • Roof Replacement on main buildings - Estimated cost $55,000 - $60,000
  • Boardwalks under the Balcony's
  • Paver sidewalks to make the Fort more user friendly for those with disabilities
  • New roof and porch for bakers cottage to make it more usable to the public
  • Rebuilding our Bee Hive Oven
  • Remodeling the reenactors bathroom and shower facility
